About Us

The farm grows a range of combinable crops including winter wheat, winter barley,
winter oilseed rape and spring barley .The wheat is grown for local export and local millers
which can be used for everything from animal feed to digestive biscuits ,the barley is
used for animal feed and if we are lucky the spring barley will be sold to a local merchant
for use in the distillers for brewing .

The vast property side includes both diversification of existing farm buildings which are refurbished and let out to tenants for anything from self storage to small/medium
businesses producing printed clothing to construction teams handling large development projects with New build a big part of our portfolio .

As part of the farms ongoing needs for change and diversification, growing combinable
crops and a property portfolio the next stage was to push forward with our Livery Yard .

Waterloo Livery Yard

Incorporating

Supreme Equine Services .

The yard itself is at one of our old cattle farms which has not had a great deal of use
for over twenty five years and there for needed a face lift.
Having spent the last four years trying to get the Livery Yard up and running in between
the day to day running of the farm I decided to get stuck into the project and literally
“ take the reins”
if you pardon the punt! So in January 07 we began a major facelift of
the old cattle shed and its surrounding area ,digging out measuring, painting and concreting
began to transform this once unsightly unit into a place to enjoy .

Having spent many a hour talking to horse owners, stable suppliers, vets in fact anyone who was any one to do with horses was quizzed and their thoughts digested .As from the 1st July 2008 we shall be working in close companionship with Supreme Equine Services who will be offering a full range of livery services, from part to full .

 

 

Temple Bar Business park.

Located at Strettington near Goodwood this former farm yard with its buildings
has been renovated and re-designed to offer affordable and yet appealing units for up and
coming companies to set up base. Currently we have businesses
producing marine valve’s to Stove installation to accounting .What ever your
needs talk to us and we will try to help.

Southfield Business park.

Located on Delling lane in the small village of  Bosham near Chichester this
former poultry farm has had a make over to produce some very pleasing units suited
for most business’s ,currently we have companies producing Sails to computer
components ,good car parking and access is available so why not pay us a visit.!

Polthooks Farm.

This former poultry and dairy farm has so much potential with only two of the larger
units available the site has great access from Fishbourn, and Chichester .This site offers some of the smaller units that we own ranging from 150sq ft to 3000sqft,
currently being used from clothing motif printers to fudge makers to skip companies we
are sure that you will find something for yourself.

The Kingly Centre.

Located at the main headquarters this site is made from old farmworkshops, piggeries
poultry sheds as well as the old dairy poultry sheds as well as the old dairy
buildings. Featuring a tranquil fish pond in the middle of the court yard these units
are of a very high standard, not only internally but externally as well .
Car parking is on site and not to far from each unit, being located at the main farm there is always someone around including the farm manager who lives next to the farm .

Broad Bridge Business centre.

This site is also located on Delling lane at Bosham Nr Chichester and has good access
from the main roads, formally one of our poultry and dairy farms this site has
been transformed into a busy bustling site with companies ranging from Farmhouse baking
to card and packaging to a Dental laboratory and even a company
manufacturing ships sails.

There is also the Bosham Farm shop with internal post office and even a doctors surgery on site, so if its a newspaper or magazine you want to read ,post a letter
or tax your car ,buy a pie for your lunch or even see your doctor its all on site
with one thing for sure you will always be treated well by the friendly staff .
